I feel we need to get those that take there Oath to mean something : North Dakota Law of Oath
North Dakota state Oath
I am creating this site to improve North Dakota.   We are the freest state in the last poll.  I would love to keep it that way.  I want to keep everyone honest.  And the best way I know how to do that is to create a law.  Where taking the Oath has meaning. Where something can be done with those that do not follow the Oath.  Right now, there is no punishment for those that break there Oath.  This would end that. Where all the servants will be held accountable under the law.

What I need now is for 25 people to agree with me and be on the  on the sponsoring committee.
Below is a wording of what I would like to have;  I would like all feed back as much as possible.

I would like to keep it simple as possible for all to under stand.

By creating this law it puts forth a penalty for not following the oath that they take to protect us.  So many times they ignore the law and do it there way and not the peoples way.  This will keep them in check.

All servants,  those in state government and county government and city government would have to follow this law of oath.   Most all ignore the Oath to the Constitution for the united States of America.  Much less the Constitution for North Dakota state.  This will put our servants back working for us and not the big wigs that pay them funds or contributions in some way.
